As a key player in our administration and facility management team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office environment and manage facility-related tasks efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a productive and safe workplace for all employees.
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate facility management activities.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to staff as needed.
